  • 1 large egg
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (for serving)

  3. Shape Meatballs: Put the mixture into the Meatball Master to easily shape and freeze when ready to cook  place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Bake Meatballs: Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and have a nice brown crust. Frozen meatballs will need an adjusted time.

  5. Serve: Heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan and serve it over the meatballs, or with pasta or crusty bread.

Michael Smith’s Tips:

  • Breadcrumbs: Use fresh breadcrumbs for the best texture.
  • Seasoning: Adjust the seasoning to taste; you can add more garlic or herbs if you prefer.
  • Sauce: Homemade marinara sauce will add extra flavor, but store-bought works well too.
