Accomplishments : Extreme Heat category at Heat Wave Expo in London, ON February 29, 2020 and 2022 Devastator Award from Apex Hot Sauce Awards.
He used the same base of Niagara black cherries, black cocoa, vanilla bean and apple cider vinegar, but for this batch, to evened out the burn.
If you're going over the top, you might as well just go. So this batch has a blend of 27 different peppers. It's heaviest on Reaper Beast Peach as that's a great pepper that balances brutal heat with pleasant flavour. For the rest, each has its own ratio of the 5 capsaicin alkaloids so they all have a different effect on body chemistry. This blend hits everywhere at once, then the Scorpions hit the back of the throat before the Reapers start their creeping build.
Cherrynobyl is as delicious as it is brutal, so you'll find yourself going back for more despite the immediate punch and lingering afterburn. Careful, bud. This one's four ehs. Cherrynobyl is great on the barbecue, and will really take your burger to the next level. For a real treat, try it on cheesecake or vanilla ice cream!
