Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450g) ground beef
  • 1/2 lb (225g) ground pork
  • 1 cup fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 large egg
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (for serving)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  4. Bake Meatballs: Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and have a nice brown crust. Frozen meatballs will need an adjusted time.

  5. Serve: Heat the marinara sauce in a saucepan and serve it over the meatballs, or with pasta or crusty bread.
